Dr. Himanshu Sareen

Dr. Himanshu Sareen is a Senior Psychiatrist and Professor & Head of the Department of Psychiatry at PIMS Hospital, Jalandhar. With over a decade of dedicated service, he has been instrumental in developing the department and initiating the DNB Psychiatry training program. Dr. Sareen’s expertise spans Child Psychiatry, Deaddiction, Consultation–Liaison, and General Adult Psychiatry. A respected academic leader, he has numerous publications, has chaired sessions at national conferences, and continues to guide postgraduate training and research. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he is known for combining clinical excellence with compassionate patient care.
